Over time, he advanced through roles such as Lead Programmer Analyst, data modeler, Data Architect, and Enterprise Data Architect before transitioning to management several years ago. Steve has accumulated substantial expertise in the field, making significant contributions to various managed healthcare organizations, including positions at Blue Cross Blue Shield in Rhode Island and Buffalo, New York.
